New and unopened in factory-sealed package. Exclusive Adjustable Axles so you can display it like it is hoppin' and any number of lowridin' positions. It is yellow with red graphics. It has the the opening trunk to show the hydraulics and tires sitting on custom style wheels. And the license plate reads "MELLOW". A very detailed collectible.
