Auction is for an early Revell (1956) Atlantic Coast Line SW-7 Diesel Switcher. This early Revell SW-7 Switcher is even "nicer" than one I recently sold on e-bay about 2 weeks ago. This Switcher has "all" the Wire Railings and Grab Irons; The "correct" original Bell on the Long Hood, The decorative metal Horn; and the "original" 2-piece (separate) Number Boards, and the correct ,black, Two Lens detailed "add-on" Headlight Housing. Later, (1957) and later Revell SW-7 Switcher's had the Headlight Housing cast into, and as part of the plastic Body Shell. There are "no" broken or missing Steps/platforms on the Body Shell and both Engineer and Fireman Figures are present in the Cab. There are "no" broken Cab Window struts or chips in the Cab Roof etc. The Colors and Lettering on "both sides" of the Long Hood are bright, strong, and vibrant. This is one of the "nicest, cleanest Revell SW-7 ACL Switchers I have seen in some time...near "collector grade".. No...Unfortunately there is "no box".The Diesel Locomotive has an "operating Headlight that "does" light up, and "YES.... This SW-7 Switcher "DOES RUN" when power is applied to the Wheels....There is a NOS Drive Belt that was recently installed so you don't have to worry about a dry-rotted Drive Belt breaking. Also comes with a NOS "replacement" Drive Belt so should the day come when you
