Engraved T*S 1777 The Word "cavalry" Can Be Seen At Some Angles Not Sure If It's Optical Or Not. Powder Horn Is In Very Good Condition With Original Pegs and Cap. Tip Is Of Ivory. The Leather Is A Modern Replacement As It Came To Me...An Incredible Piece Of Revolutionary War History As Well Deeply Steeped In Upstate NY Capitol Region History. Structurally Sound And Displays Beautifully Has Some Wear And Chipping.
