A very nice Rhodesia General Service Medal. Named as follows to a soldier of the Royal Rhodesia Regiment. His PR before the number indicates that Rifleman Martin was a National Serviceman and did the obligatory one year (later 18 months) as a soldier, then frequent period of call up for as long as he lived in Rhodesia. Nice early number, hence I said Royal Rhodesia Regiment, the title Royal was dropped in 1970 in Rhodesia becoming a Republic. PR14182 RFN J.M.MARTIN THE MEDAL IS IN EF CONDITION AND WILL COME WITH THE CORRECT RIBBON AS SHOWN.
