An incredibly richspecimen of bright blue SW fluorescing Diopside and yellow SW fluorescing Chondrodite in sparkling white Calcite .From the Long Lake Zinc Mine (Richardson Zinc Mine, Lynx Mine), Long Lake Village, Olden Township, Frontenac County, Ontario, Canada Measures approximately 2½ x 2 x 1½ in and weighs 7.06oz / 63 x 51 x 38 mm, 200.15g To show the fluorescent response the specimen was illuminated using 6 watt 254nm(Short Wave)/366nm(Long Wave) UVGL-58 lamp (you need a proper UV light source to observe the fluorescence, more powerful lamp = brighter response ).
