For your consideration is this very rich little specimen of pitchblende uraninite replacing fossilized wood with a little malachite from the Radium king Mine, White Canyon District, San Juan County, Utah USA. A good rich ore sample from this unusual U-Cu deposit located in a remote part of southeastern Utah. Measures ~120,000 CPM on my Ludlum model 3 counter with the 44-9 probe and alpha shield on.Specimen Dimensions: 6 x 2.5 x 1.5 cm. Weight: 35 grams
