is a 0-4-0 ho scale Rivarossi engine and tender. Both engine and tender have no scratches or broken pieces. The engine is 4-1/4" in length and reads "96" on the side. The tender is 3-1/2" in length and reads "Baltimore AND Ohio" down each side. The wheels turn freely and do not show any signs of wear. I have no means to test this engine to see if it runs. Though I will not guarantee it will run however, with its good condition I would not see why t would be a problem.
