This material has many names. Some call it Gary Green Jasper, some call it Larsonite, and others simply call it swamp bog. No matter what you call it, it is COOL!! It has a variety of colors with shades of greens and blues with grays and tans. Some chunks are even reds and blacks. Swirly patterns and showy banding with the occasional "Bruneau like" bubble make this stuff AMAZING. This is actually a fossil material - it is essentially petrified SWAMP! It takes a great polish and if fun to cut because of the variety. I just sourced a bunch at a reasonable price, so get it while you can. This piece weighs 4.94 pounds.
