Here is a vintage Robot camera lens. It is a Schneider Kreuznach Xenon f1.9 40mm Lens. The lens body is clean. The focus rotates smoothly. The diaphragm works smoothly. There are 15 diaphragm blades. The outer glass is clean but internally I can see some dust specs, haze and what look to be a few thin lines. I don't know what they are but it isn't fungus, it kinda looks like cleaning lines but they are at weird angles. I don't think the camera would pick up on them so it should still take good pictures.
