Roche Theo with dog - W inter Lt. Ed. #15 of 30 - 2008 16” wood articulated carved body Theo is dressed in handknitted soft wool trousers, a cotton checked shirt and a woolblouson jacket, appliqued with his initial on the front. Lynne and Michael Roche always provide their dolls with the most beautiful clothing. He has hand knitted soft angora blend hat and pure wool scarf with mittens and to top it off, those wonderful dark blue leather boots. He is certainly dressed for winter. Theo has blue eyes and strawberry blond curly hair. (I must admit that it was that curly hair that stole my heart.) The special edition includes a little brown mohair dog created by British bearmaker, Stella Topping, Theo has a fully articulated carved wood body by Michael and finely sculpted porcelain head and hands by Lynne. The photos do not do this wonderful little guy justice. I purchased him from The Toy Shoppe in Virginia and he has been in a glass display case since his arrival.
