Here we have a VG+ copy of The Rolling Stones 1968 Stereo album 'Beggars Banquet' with a blue unboxed Decca label as can be seen in the pictures. Included is the original inner. This record represents the band turning their backs on their psychedelic dalliances and returning to their bluesier rootsier side which continues to exemplify them. It opened up a darker side to the Sixties dream including such classic tracks as 'Sympathy for the Devil' and 'Street Fighting Man' almost exhorting a revolt against 'square' society. Its in great condition. Please see the photos. The sleeve is a gatefold which is laminated front and rear with no rips splits or tears. The spine is intact. The record itself is VG with evidence of having being played which in no way effects the sound with no crackles. static, skips or jumps. It for many years was the favourite of the band out of all of their great releases. A must for any self respecting Stones fan and lover of sixties music in general. Such is my confidence in my items that once again it is sold without reserve.
