Offered for sale without reserve, I understand this to be a Roman gold Solidus conin from the reign of Constanius II (337-361AD). To one side there his pearl diademed head, with the wording Deconstan Tivspfavc, the other side has Roma and Constantinopolis enthroned, supporting between them a shield inscribed 'VOT XXXX' on two lines, with what appears to be 'Clopia Rei Publicae' around the edge and SMNI to the bottom. App. 22mm in diameter. It is free mounted in a pendant surround, that is it can be rotated within the mount. The whole weighs 5.9gms. Condition is, as per the photographs, obviously its an old coin and shows signs of such, but I don't know how this would be technically graded, so sold as seen! Any questions, please just ask!
