It celebrates the 1000 year anniversary of the founding of Rome. Valentinian has a reverse of Victory walking left, holding a wreath and a palm branch. There is an F in the left field and an M in the right field.. Valens has a reverse showing himself dragging a prisoner behind him. He is holding a labarum with the early Christian Chi-Rho symbols. The weights of these coins are: Constantine 1.9g; Valentinian 2.9g; and Valens 2.3gThe price is for all 3 coins and includes free and fast shipping.
