I believe these to be Romford Bullied type drivers. They differ from the current Markits type (see front and back photos). All wheels are insulated. The crankpin holes are not drilled. I have included three 00 gauge Romford axles from my spares box. I obtained these wheels some years ago for a project that never got started. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase I will be happy to refund all costs on return of item.
