IT IS SIGNED AND INSCRIBED ON A BOOKPLATE THAT IS AFFIXED TO THE INSIDE. THE BOOK WAS PURCHASED DIRECTLY FROM THE REAGAN LIBRARY AND THE ORIGINAL PRICE STICKER IS STILL ON THE BACK OF THE DUST JACKET. THE BOOK IS IN TERRIFIC CONDITION EXCEPT FOR SOME LIGHT WRINKLING TO THE BACK PART OF THE DUST JACKET. REAGAN SIGNED BOOKS ARE GETTING VERY HARD TO FIND AND WILL ONLY RISE IN VALUE FOR YEARS TO COME!!! The actual item is ten times nicer in person.
