Rosenthal Selb-Plossberg Mustard Jar or Salt Dip This auction is for a vintage piece by Rosenthal. It is signed on the underside by Rosenthal, Selb-Plossberg, Germany. This exquisite piece can is decorated on the exterior and interior with Rosenthal's lovely Moss Rose china pattern. The lid, base, and spoon are sterling silver. The lid and base feature wonderful beading. The lid fits very securely. This jar can be used as either a mustard jar, salt dip, or simply a beautiful display piece. This rare Rosenthal piece is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, dings, pitting, etc. It measures approximately 3" high and 2 1/2" in diameter. The spoon is about 2 1/2" in length.
