Listed for your consideration is a Roseville Green Bittersweet Handled Basket, the model number is 809-8.The Roseville Pottery Company was an American art pottery manufacturer in the 19th and 20th centuries. It was one of the three major art potteries located in Ohio around the turn of the 20th century. Though the company originally made simple household pieces, the Arts and Crafts–inspired designs proved popular, and Roseville pieces are now sought after by collectors. The Bittersweet Basket is in very good condition. There are no chips, flakes, etc. The colors are bright and clear. The green color is a bit unusual and it is very appealing. The dimensions of the basket are 8 1/4" High; the diameter of the base is 2" and the width of the opening at the top is 6" long and 4" wide.I am starting to sell off my collection of Roseville. This vase will make a very good addition to your Roseville collection.I've chosen to mail this in a large flat rate box because of the measurements of the basket. It might fit in a medium sized box but it would be tight and Roseville is delicate and I don't want to take a chance that it would be nicked in shipment.I originally listed this as Apple Blossom but someone pointed out the pattern is Bittersweet. Please visit my site to see the other items that are listed for sale.I will combine shipping for customers read more
