Unusual Roseville Pottery mug with the word RECREATION written between two men, one a waiter and the other a billiard player. Written at the top of the mug is DAYTONA FLA. The stamped #12 is the only markings on the base. Not sure if this is considered a novelty item or an occupational piece but it is pretty cool. Piece is mint with no repairs. There are three glaze anomolies on the rim that look like stilt marks but there are stilt marks on the base so I'm not sure what they are. Guaranteed to be factory. They are clear so I couldn't get any kind of a decent picture and they can be felt more than seen. Anyway they are minor and don't effect the presentation. Height is 5" NO RESERVE!
