This is a beautiful Roseville Pottery bowl with the foxglove design. I think this is a great piece but has a couple of flaws. There is a large chip along the rim of the bowl and one on a handle that looks like someone tried to add color to it, both of which can be seen in the last pic. The good thing is that they are both on the same side so you can display it without seeing the flaws. The bottom has some brown marks and some writing as seen in the 2nd to last pic.
