Up for auction is a beautifully woven cane basket with a pair of flip lids held in place with a heavy antiqued metal frame. Notice how the handle is pierced through to allow the lids to swing freely. This particular basket is a medium-sized basket made not too long ago. Be sure to notice the twisted foot for the basket to rest on. It would look beautiful filled with a seasonal display of greenery or candles.The basket is a nice medium size, measuring 7" across at the handles, 8½" at the widest point and 9" deep to the top of the handle. This beautiful basket is in perfect condition, with no breaks, frays, stains, or any damage whatsoever.
