Lovely twisted 2 rows of Victorian 1840s natural seed pearls necklace graduating in size from pearls of about 3 mms down to 2 mms at the back. This delightful necklace measures 40cm long ( 16") including the 15 ct gold hand made coiled wire hook and loop clasp . The pearls have a good lustre and are a varying soft pale or slightly richer cream colour very pretty, a much warmer colour than cultured pearls. Classic fine quality early necklace which is very flattering to the skin when worn. And as with all natural pearls the lustre improves the more you wear them . Great addition to any jewellery collection. Or perfect for a bride .
