Packages under 2kg in weight are shipped via "Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded Signed-For" and the expected delivery aim is between 2 & 5 working days. Items over 2kg are shipped by "ParcelForce 48" and the delivery aim is 2 working days (weekends are not classed as working days). Both Royal Mail & Parcel Force may take an extra day for deliveries in remote areas (i.e. the Scottish Highlands).
