Daisy is a Friesian Cow, the most common dairy cow in England. Designer John Ablitt took his inspiration from the fields near where he lives, as they are full of cows just like Daisy. Royal Crown Derby introduced their enchanting collection of paperweights in 1981 and their popularity was instant.
