Quotes - MAINLAND postage / courier costs quoted only (except where collection in person is stated) – Northern Ireland , Southern Ireland, Highlands, Islands and all other areas please ask for a quote. Refunds - I always obtain a proof of postage but I cannot be held responsible for any items lost / damaged once posted as there is no proof – the post office will not refund me properly so I am unable to refund you, if you wish to try, I will send you a copy of the proof of postage Please bear this in mind when bidding.. Collection & Cash on Collection – Always available - Collection in person is obviously self explanatory and not applicable to postage quotes. Abroad – I do not always open up to sell abroad and I get loads of messages asking for postage quotes which I provide then I do not receive a bid. This is time consuming and I now ask you to bid first (only on small, lightweight items and it is my decision as to whether I accept your bid whether you are the winning bid or not), let me know if you cannot I will consider an exemption, and if you win please ask for an invoice and I will alter the postage price then – it will be a realistic and genuine international signed for price . Dispatch – I will always try to post as soon as possible and normally do so, but postage will be within 5 working days.
