's something you don't see every day, and you won't find it in your Charlton guides. is a small standing flambe cocker spaniel. Clearly he was mounted on a base or perhaps a bookend. The Charlton guide identifies a medium version but not a small version so if you are interested in rarities, he's for you. Carries the Doulton backstamp of his era but no HN number. Holes in two hind feet (no doubt from his original status as mounted). In very good condition but he does have a restoration on his neck. Nevertheless, he's an oddity and would be a boost to your collection of rare Doulton dogs.
