Royal Doulton KINGSWARE Flask THE PIPE MAJOR Dewar's Whisky C1910 With Stopper Description This auction is for the Dewar's Whisky flask 'The Pipe Major' with original stopper by Royal Doulton. It depicts an Army Pipe Major in full regalia with bagpipes. It was produced around 1910 and measures 8 inches in height. The flask is in generally good condition though there has been a repair to the spout rim (see photos). There is a very small flake of glaze missing from the handle due to a knock and there is a small fault with the original glaze near the base of the flask (see photos). There is light clean crazing which is expected on these flasks. The cork stopper is in good condition fitting firmly into the flask spout. The auction starts at a low price with no reserve.
