This beautiful clown holding a makeup pencil is called Finishing Touches. He is #2755 of 3500 worldwide. He has been in our warehouse of our now retired gift store for many years. His patent date is 1983. He is delicate porcelain, with matte finish color. T is no crazing or imperfection. His original box had warehouse marks and damage, I will put him in another box. I am offering him at a great price because of this. His base says Carnival of Clowns by Ben Black. The ltd ed. number and Doulton International patent 1983. He is approximately 8 1/4 to 8 1/2" TALL. I would highly recommend insurance.
