Royal Doulton "Pastorale" This listing for 21 pieces of English bone china by Royal Doulton. It is the pattern "Pastorale" and features silver edges with bands of flowers around the rims. This set includes tea or cake service for six: 6 fluted or tapered cups - 3" tall 6 saucers - 6" diameter 6 dessert or cake plates - 6.5" diameter 1 large handled serving plate - 10.5" diameter 1 sugar bowl with lid - 3 5/8" height with lid 1 creamer - 3 5/8" height The set is directly from England and is in very very good estate condition, and shows little usage. The only damage is to the creamer, and it has crazing and staining on it's interior (see photo), although I do not see any on the exterior or any cracks on the exterior. I also noticed one of the saucers has two tiny rub or dull spots on it's center w the cup sits. For your reference purposes, total new value on this set at the large internet china sites is around $500.00. If the shipping calculator on this listing is giving you an unusually large shipping cost, please let me know. The set weighs 9 pounds, being bone china, and the weight obviously effects the shipping costs.
