Key & 3 Collection Plates & location noticeVery heavyCollection only - no returnsAdditional Comments: Following multiple requests, 34 watchers, and 7 offers around the starting price please note the following :- There is no buy it now price and I will allow auction to run- It is collection only - I am sorry I won't organise courier (sorry)- 3 Plates shown in picture are Bank Holiday+ 1&2 + 3/4- I used it as a letter box for a house in France, mounted on a pedestal - A great talking point! - Condition I would describe as good for its age but this can be very subjective. I would however point out a few things. It has been used and is not a replica (often sold on ebay). It has at one time been side mounted (presumably to a post), but the holes have been filled and the box repainted (many times). I assume this was done by the Post Office as some old plates have been soldered on the inside (a nice characteristic that doesn't detract in any way - new picture shows). The door is also not a tight fit, probably due to years of repainting, which could be rectified, but this does not affect its ability to lock. - Finally, if anyone wants to see it before the auction they are more than welcome to come most evenings or weekend.Thanks & Good Luck
