ROYAL REGIMENT OF SCOTLAND (SCOTS) PIPER 5TH BATTALION (ARGYLL & SUTHERLAND HIGHLANDERS) FIGURINE Fantastic ornament of a Royal Regiment of Scotland Piper, 5th Battalion, Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders. H0477 ROYAL REGIMENT OF SCOTLAND (SCOTS) PIPER 5TH BATTALION (ARGYLL AND SUTHERLAND HIGHLANDERS), crafted by Sculptures UK. The Royal Regiment of Scotland was formed in 2006 by the amalgamation of six famous old Scottish regiments. The pipers of this battalion wear Sutherland tartan throughout on kilt, plaid and the pipes. A blackcock's tail feather is worn behind the Royal Regiment of Scotland badge on the bonnet, with all other insignia descended from the Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders. Approx size 18cm (7") tall, resin cast and very detailed figurine. Hand finished to a very high standard. Boxed, makes an ideal gift! THANKS FOR LOOKING ERNIE
