Royal Worcester B315 Cobalt & Multi Color Aesthetic Coffee Cup & Saucer C 1878 HBeautiful porcelain bone china ring handle coffee cup and saucer decorated in the B/315 pattern. Aesthetic period pattern with a combination of brightly hand colored geometric shapes, a hand fan, and natural leaves and flowers along with a large circle of cobalt blue and gold gilt floral decoration. With gold gilt highlights to the ring handle. The saucer has an impressed Worcester mark. Both pieces are marked with a blue Royal Worcester mark used between 1876 and 1891, with the date code N for 1878 below.Has some minor wear to the gilding and crazing typical of English bone china. Has a 1 inch hairline crack extending off the lip of the cup. No additional chips or cracks.The cup measures approximately 3 3/4" wide including the handle 2 1/2" tall.The saucer measures 5 3/4" wide.This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not effect the display-ability of the piece.GRBIN1
