Beautiful pictorial cover issued by A.G. Bradbury in commemoration of The Centenary of Queen Victoria It bears Cylinder Booklet Pane SG 2040l cancelled by a special handstamp and also one of the 1990 Royal Mail reprints of the 1840 Penny Black. It is No.237 of only 250 issued. In perfect as issued Post Office condition. Any questions please ask. Please read my feedback and then . I always describe items accurately.
