Both hoppers are complete, and equipped with sprung trucks. The NYC is equipped with Kadee Couplers, and I am including a set of custom concealable K-Line weights. The N&W (possibly from Lionel?) is equipped with solid couplers and I am including a replacement set of Kadees. Please carefully examine the photos and read all of the following information before bidding. PAYMENT Sadly, I must collect 7% Sales Tax on items sold to buyers in the financially and politically impoverished state of New Jersey. As eBay sends the winning bidder a letter of congratulations, I no longer send out invoices, except for combined shipping. Unless other arrangements are made in advance, payment is expected within 7 days of end of auction. On the 5th day I will send you ONE reminder. On the 7th day I will file a non-payment complaint. On higher priced items, payment may be extended up to 30 days, so if you cannot pay immediately, please email me before bidding . Combined Shipment : Once an item has been paid, it will be shipped immediately! If you are currently high bidder on additional items, You may withold payment until the additional items end.
