BRADFORD EXCHANGE "RUFFLES AND LACE" THIRD ISSUE PLATE Up for auction is a gorgeous and unique Bradford Exchange collectable plate. This plate number is A1646 in the limited edition of RUFFLES AND LACE by Heide Oberheide. It is the Third Issue in the REFLECTIONS OF SCARLET series. Dated 2001. It is produced on hard-fire porcelain in a limited edition presentation to a maximum of 295 casting days and crafted to the exacting standards of The Bradford Exchange. The plate has lovely 3-D roses that grace the top of the plate. These are decorated in gold. The center of the plate has a lovely picture of Ms. Scarlet. The diameter of the plate is about 7-1/4 inches. T are three separate gold bands that decorate this plate which makes the picture stand out. As you can see on the front of the plate t is as figurine of Scarlet that is attached to the plate. This figurine stands about 5-3/4 inches tall. She is wearing a gown that is "ruffles and lace". A perfect name for this piece. I checked and did not see any chips or cracks. The original owner has taken excellent car of this collectable. Sorry, but I do not have the box or Certificate.
