RUSSEL WRIGHT Clock FULL SET by General Electric and Harker Pottery!! Includes a green clock with the minute, hour, and second hand, the electric motor, and the cord. This face has been used with the motor, as there is a small amount of dirt in the center. The 3 other faces - Yellow ("Golden Spice"), Coral ("Coral Sand"), and Charcoal - appear to have NEVER been used.Has been plugged in to test, and it works fine!I had the set appraised at the Antiques Roadshow some years ago. The appraiser explained to me that the reason for the 4 faces is that back in the day, people would change their curtains with the seasons, and so this clock was made to have changeable faces for the different seasons!!! Presumably Green for Spring, Yellow for Summer, Coral for Autumn, and Charcoal for Winter.Each clock face has Russel Wright stamped into the back; see photos. Each face except for Coral has a label along the bottom front edge that says "General Electric", and the label on the Yellow and Charcoal faces further says "Telechron".I believe these were made in the 1953 - 1954 time period.These have been stored in my smoke-free, pet-free, climate-controlled, all-adult-collector home for many years. I have not used them.Ask any questions before bidding, as there are no returns.
