RUSSIA inflation commercial register international cover send from Nijniy Novgorod on 4 May 1923 to Verona (Italy) and arrived on 12 May 1923. The cover is correctly franked by a various of "star" overprinted RSFSR stamps, namely ten 40 rub. imperforated , five 40 rub. perforated, ten 70 rub. perforated and one 200 rub. plus in addition a quart-block of RSFSR 70 rub. standard stamps and a pair of 10 rub. RSFSR standard resulting in 1300rub total equal to 13 rub. in April 1923 to match a correct 13 rub. rate. Note the unusual and very impressive CORRECT franking. Genuine in any philatelic respect. Perfect quality, no thins or folds, fresh! Rare RSFSR 1923 register international cover with a correct impressive franking.
