A mint condition example of an original Russian shoulder insignia for the GRU Military Intelligence Department Spetsnaz units. GRU = General Staff Main Reconnaissance and Intelligence (GRU) ( glavnoye razvedyvatel'noye upravleniye General'novo shtaba ). This is a good quality jaquard (silk bevo) embroidered insignia version. This insignia is illustrated on page 64 of the the “ Insignia of the Russian Airborne, Spetsnaz & Elite Forces ” identification book. Domestic shipping $1.00 un-insured regular mail or $2.85 for insured U.S. mail, however will always combine shipping of multiple winnings. Foreign air mail rate is $ 2.00.
