Russian Gzhel Figurine, Handpainted Blue & White Porcelain, Woman with Baby Twin This gorgeous porcelain figurine was made in Gzhel (Gschel, Гжель) - the traditional Russian artisan pottery and craftsmanship center.The hand painted cobalt blue and white porcelain figurine is featuring a woman in traditional Russian folk costume, holding two babies, possibly the twins. Gzhel artisan figurines combine the folk art with the artistic interpretation of the folklore tradition, with a touch of humor.The figurine was made in the USSR in late 1970s, and is presented in excellent condition, without any defects.Dimensions: Height : 3.1" (8 cm)Width: 1.6" (4 cm)Marked on the bottom: "Made in USSR"Excellent vintage conditionThe standard shipping for this item is with tracking .
