A good copy in original red cloth boards, lettered in black, and unclipped dust wrapper which has several tears & loss to head of spine panel. Several marginal pencil annotations. Inscribed “with kindest regards and thanks from the author”. This book, commissioned by the Anglo-Soviet Public Relations Association to bridge a serious gap in the means of access to Russian literature, provides, under the rather dry-sounding title, Bibliography , a practical and up-to-date guide for the general reader to the works of Russian literature which have been translated into English [publisher’s blurb]. Useful despite its age.
