T are 3 dolls in the nest. This doll has very rare kind of the painting. Each doll is richly decorated by round painting. The animals are accurately painted with help of Lacquer miniature technique. The artist has painted each doll with extreme life-like detail and expression. In work the artists used tempera with egg emulsion and fine polecat brushes. Very rich and bright paints are used. The ferrets are painted so vividly that looks like alive. They are painted very detailed and hundreds of individual brushstrokes make up the fur. The tallest one is 4 1/2 ", the smallest - 1 1/4" Signed by the Russian artist!
