Vintage antique Victorian we think domed chest in an authentic distressed state. Could do with a good restore, new handles hinges etc, it seems like this has had a new tin replacement bottom at some point so somebody has obviously started to restore. Please note this chest would look great in any bedroom and would be good for occasional use however if you wanted to use on a regular basis you would need to think about sorting out the hinges and re attach the arm which stops the lid opening completely as the top seems quite vulnerable. Also the inside could do with re-lining or painting as it is quite shabby. The overall dimensions are approx 90cm wide by 55cm from top to bottom by around 50cm from front to back so quite large and would need a car with rear door and fold Down seats for collection from Botley in Oxford.
