S & A Haddad Jezzin Cutlery (which is no longer in business) Hand made in Jezzin, Lebanon by Said and Alfred Haddad this particular set is from the 1960's. Each bird handle is hand made from Buffalo Cones (horns) and the red top-knot is camel bone. The wings are brass and I am not sure what the other inlaid pieces are. The bird is the Hud Hud Hoopoe bird that was native to Jezzin before it was hunted to extinction. This Serving set is made of Stainless Steel.
