Plaque has painted brass medallion on hardwood board. Item has a few nicks and scratches. Below brass medallion is a faint rectangular mark (actually a smoother area) w a name plate must have been removed. Item is vintage military item from an estate sale. I have no history on this piece and don't know how old it is. Plaque measures 11.5 inches high. (ST-20090726-Flat1) I do not ship to Italy - I'm sorry but I have had too many lost packages to Italy.
