New HO scale factory painted and assembled model of a Budd 73' baggage car with metal plated paint finish by Walthers. Specially painted, like Walthers Super Chief cars, to resemble stainless steel or chrome finish with black lettering for the ATCHISON, TOPEKA & SANTA FE's premier passenger train, the EL CAPITAN .
