Hi this is a Solid Sterling Silver Collector plate designed by the famed surrealist Salvador Dali. It is entitled "Easter Christ" it was created in 1972 exclusively for the Lincoln Mint. This is a 1st Edition!!! It depicts the Christ on the Cross. Down to the lower left t is an Easter Egg.It is 9" in diameter and made in the classic high bas-relief style. The plate is signed on the front Dali 1972. The plate comes in a specially designed felt covered container and is enclosed in its original film wrap. It was issued like this to prevent tarnishing.34 years have already elapsed, it is doubtful weather a fraction of the original limited edition exists in a collectible condition.
