***Revision 6/12 A fellow ebayer who is more knowledgable than myself on this gave me the following information: " THIS IS AMERICAN SALVATION ARMY, NOT THE SALVATION ARMY. IT WAS A SHORT LIVED COPYCAT ORGANIZATION THAT WAS FORCED OUT OF EXISTANCE BY LITIGATION. MUCH RARER THAN THE REAL S.A. BECAUSE IT ONLY EXISTED FOR S FEW YEARS" ***** This is The Salvation Army Soldier's Song book compiled by John Pedden General of the Army Headquarters Chambersburg PA and printed there. The name Daisy is written in faded ink inside the cover and inside the first page, written in the same ink if Bought at Devils Den Gettysburg PA July 4th 1896. It is very nice. I try to describe my items accurately, however, you are bidding on what you see in the pictures. If you have any questions please ask before you bid. All sales are final unless I have grossly misrepresented the item. 973s 6o 180 - (Please ignore this number) ***!!!!!!!!***PLEASE READ all of this; it is important***!!!!!!!!***. *-SHIPPING and HANDLING CHARGES are shown as one item in eBay’s billing notice. SHIPPING - I used to charge exact rates for shipping; since ebay entered the picture my rates are estimated but I try to come as close to actual as I can. If they are a little off please do not penalize me in the feedback; I would appreciate it if you would let ebay know your feelings. read more
