You are bidding on one brand new unopened 750ml bottle of Sam Adams 2010 Infinium Ale. I have 8 bottles of the same in my collection, that I will be listing on Ebay. Excerpts from the Boston Beer Company: A collaboration from Samuel Adams and Weihenstephan, the oldest brewery in the world 1,000 years of collective brewing expertise combining innovation and tradition A brew unlike any beer ever brewed under the Reinheitsgebot, a centuries-old German Beer purity law The latest innovative brew from Samuel Adams – continuing to push the boundaries on beer and elevate the beer category! Appearance: Pale golden from unique pale malts and spring white wheat. The sparkling effervescence in this beer comes from bottle conditioning, which creates a finer carbonation more similar to champagne. Aroma: Fruity, slightly spicy with some unique malt notes. A delicate floral hop note is added from dry hopping. Flavor: Crisp clean malt character with delicate fruit notes from the traditional weisbier yeast and a slight citrus flavor from Bavarian Noble hops. Bottle conditioning adds another layer of complexity and light spice notes. Finish: Light and dry with a sparkling character that cleanses the palate.
