This is an auction for a dessert trio made by Samuel Radford. The pieces have the backstamp used by the company from 1880. The plate is decorated with a rich imari pattern highlighted by generous gilding. Fluted with scalloped edges the dessert plate measures 8". It has a minor chip on the underside. There are slight utensil marks. The saucer is a tiny chip on the underside as well. The cup has a tiny chip on the lip. The colours are fresh and the gilding bright with only minimal wear. I am listing other pieces in this pattern and am always happy to combine shipping .
