Here's your chance to own an authentic piece of the 1960's!This poster by artist David Schiller, was quite popular in its day (1968 to be exact) and apparently there are very few original copies left.I've seen prices ranging from $300.00 - $1,000 in varying conditions... and this one looks better than almost any I've researched on line thus far.This poster is in amazing shape considering its age and the fact that it's graced the walls of several old hippie hang outs I used to frequent, eventually coming into my possession in the late 1980's. It's basically been in storage ever since. The colors are still pretty vibrant, there are no hideous rips or chunks missing from it and the detail is striking.That's the great news... now to the so-so news....Somewhere along the journey, someone, maybe one of those old hippies I mentioned above, tacked the poster onto a wooden frame and attached a wire hanger to the back. (Which in my honest opinion even makes this thing more authentic and cool - but purists may protest so I must include this in my listing for them).Also - and this is the only bad news - there are some water spots near the bottom of the poster (it looks like the bottom may have been on a damp floor at some time in the past BUT in no way does it detract from the overall beauty and history of this amazing piece).Again - some of
