EXTREMELY RARE San Fransisco Wunder brewing tray in EXCELLENT, ORIGINAL condition. This one comes out of our personal collection of rare western brewing trays w it has resided for over 15 years. (we will be selling more of them in the next month). Extremely colorful, this 13 1/4 inch diamater tray shows the Victorian Saloon girl at her very best. Condition wise, the tray grades about 8.5 on a scale of ten and has minimal wear. This truly rare tray (many items on ebay are referred to as rare...but are not) is among the most difficult to locate of the early California pre prohibition beer trays. Wunder Brewing (San Francisco) was a company that had a short life. The company opened at the turn of the century and operated until 1909 but the 1906 earthquake did extensive damage to the brewery. As such, advertising pieces from this historic San Francisco brewery are almost impossible to locate. It has been one of our favorite of our collection of Western brewery trays.
